Break Me Blog Tour!

Tori McLeod moved to the big city to get away from her mother—and her past. Her new routine is destroyed when she meets a mysterious stranger who won’t take no for an answer. Sebastian intrigues her, but his eyes hold secrets she would rather avoid. Sebastian Chelios, a hard-as-nails enforcer, is a new-in-town loner. He has to have her. Control her. Possess her. But he can’t—won’t—lose control, even though Tori’s innocence fascinates him. The last thing he’s going to do is love her, even after he gets her in his bed.

Losing control is dangerous, especially when someone from Sebastian’s past covets Tori, putting more than just her heart in danger.

Can Sebastian protect Tori from Jose’s sadistic obsession? If he gets his hands on her, will she make it out in one piece?

Crystal's Review:

I am just like the next person, I enjoy the drama that takes place in stories that you read.  It gives it a sense of life, makes it seem more real.  But with everything else out there, there is a fine line between just enough and then too much.  In my opinion, I think that this book crosses that line in a few different spots.
Tori seemed to not have any concern with her life when it comes to this book.  She is warned several times to stay away from Jose, yet she keeps going to him whenever he calls her.  She doesn’t seem to worry about anyone, even though her actions affect others around her.
Sebastian seems to care too much.  He puts his neck out several times to try to keep her safe, and she just doesn’t care.  Sebastian seems to have a good balance between his good side, and the bad side.  It leaves you wanting to know more about him and his past; to find out more about him.
Now with the amount of drama, it seemed like with each chapter there was something more happening.  Something that didn’t happen in the previous chapters.  It was very annoying to read about that.  It got to the point where I was left wondering what will there be next in the book because so much was already done in this one.
I will probably read the next book, just because of the way that this one ended.  It left me wanting to know and understand what was going to happen next.
