Blake Loughton was
pretty sure life was over at the age of forty. All he did was work,
work, work, except for the few hours a week he spent online with a
dominant who seemed to get him. When he met his dom in person quite by
accident, it changed everything, especially when he fell in love with
the man behind the online persona.
At thirty-four Dusty Brandon had been involved in his alternative lifestyle for ages, but hadn't had a sub in years until he met Blake online. The more he knew him, the more he wanted to take things further. Getting through Blake's barriers used all the knowledge he had, but getting his boy to move to Texas took even more.
Join Blake and Dusty on their journey from meeting online to the moment Sir collars his boy. A BDSM erotic romance sure to make everything worth it. Two men. Dominance, submission, kink, and love. The Blake/Dusty Chronicles: Two Sides of the Same Coin - an erotic romance you won't want to miss.

From what I understand about this book, it actually started
out as a serial and the author decided to combine it all into one volume. As
well as adding more to the story.
The author does an amazing job talking about the
relationship between Dusty and Blake. How their relationship started online and
further progressed. The author is able to pull emotions from you while reading
this story. There was one scene that happened that actually broke my heart and
I felt horrible for Blake.
The switching of the POV’s I think was another great thing
that the author did. Especially with a story like this, it was awesome to be
able to see how things were from both Dusty and Blake’s perspective. I think by
adding that, it added something extra to the story.
My only serious complaint about the book would be the
relationship that Blake had with his parents. It was confusing at first when he
would be talking about his Mom and then start talking about Theresa. Until I
was able to figure out that Theresa was his mom, I was completely confused as
to who she was. Another thing is it isn’t until about 25% of the way through
this story that we find out the situation regarding Blake’s parents. It was really
strange and I think that it would have been better if it would have been
explained before. Because after finding out, the things that happened in the
first part of the book made complete sense. Also, there was one scene that
happened that even though we do know that they aren’t Blake’s parents, it still
made me a feel a bit uncomfortable. (There was nothing illegal that happened,
it was just strange to me is all.)
One thing that I did love is that that the author didn’t
have them automatically end up together. They went through being apart. Neither
of them just dropped everything to be with the other. It made the story more
lifelike to me personally.
Overall, I really did think this was a good story. There
were a lot of things in it that it was great that the author thought to add
them.
