'Unexpected Places' by Bailey Bradford
Love finds you in the most unexpected places.
Carter Hausemann loves his adventures in the great outdoors. He never feels as free and happy as he does when he’s hiking up a mountain or over a desert trail. After a childhood spent locked indoors, he craves the sunlight on his face and the blanket of moonlight.
Unfortunately, he has to work, so his hiking trips aren’t as frequent as he would like.
He has a new adventure planned, but little does he know, his real adventure will start at a worn-down looking club in Odessa, Texas. Carter’s dreams of finding his perfect men will become more than fantasy, starting with one sexy leather-clad man, Eddie Canales. What starts out as a night of debauchery turns into so much more.
Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of male ménage.

His passion for the sport has got him through the last six years. But after a particularly harrowing fall on Denali, Jensen knows he has to go back to tell Toby the truth.
Will Toby and Jensen discover they’d never moved past the love they had for each other all those years ago? Or are the mountains between them too high to climb?

'Rockin' the Alternative' by Mortica Knight
The chance of a lifetime and the touch of a rock god are offered to music journalist Bryan Gallagher on the same day. Embracing one is easy, but resisting the other is harder than he’d anticipated—especially since Bryan has never been with a man.
It could be his dream assignment. Aubrey King, the legendary god of alternative rock music, has requested to meet with journalist and writer Bryan about penning the star’s memoir. Aubrey and his dark, angsty songs are the reason Bryan was inspired to become a leading rock journalist. His obsession for his career has alienated the women in his life, but Bryan doesn’t care. What really matters to him is the music.
Aubrey King has been out of the music scene for almost ten years—ever since his alternative rock band, Falling in Stereo, broke up. Questions about his sexual preferences have always surrounded him, and now that he’s ready to make a solo comeback, he wants to tell his story, his way. He’s followed journalist Bryan Gallagher’s career for a while and believes that Bryan’s obvious passion for music mirrors his own. He loves his writing style, but is also enraptured by the boyishly handsome writer.
Brian finds pushing his fanboy nervousness aside is difficult when Aubrey finally stands before him. He’s amazed at how little Aubrey has changed—his intense gaze, his unique style and his still youthful looks epitomise the star he’s always been. But Aubrey’s vulnerability when he sings and shares the deeply personal lyrics of a new song triggers something in Bryan that he never knew was there. The need to give himself to Aubrey, to let the rock god do to him what he’s never before desired a man to do.

'Unexpected Places' by Bailey Bradford
While I am a fan of Ms. Bradford’s books that I have read, I was unsure if I was going to enjoy this one. But by the end of the story, I didn’t want it to end! I am dying to find out if Carter and Eddie are able to figure things out, or if Carter will be left wondering about his future. For this being as short as it was, I was pleased with how well thought out the story was and how it all played together. I really can’t wait to see if there will be more from this couple in the future!
'Vegas Hustle' by Ethan Stone
I haven’t read anything by Mr. Stone in the past, but I can say that after reading this short, I will be sure to look into other books by him in the future! While this book wasn’t one that I enjoyed extremely, I would still be interested in reading more about Adam and Javier in the future. I just thought that with how short this story was, there was a lot happening and it seemed like there was so much information to try to keep track of. But, even considering that, I did still enjoy the story.
'Mountains to Climb' by T.A. Chase
I am a sucker for the reunited love stories, there is just something about them that I personally enjoy. So I was really glad when I started reading this one and found out that’s what it was! I did like how even with everything that was happening in the story, Toby and Jensen didn’t have to give up anything for the other. I really enjoyed how they were able to work things out and find a way to sort their past out. Ms. Chase is another new author for me personally, and I am really excited to read more from her in the future.
'Size Matters' by Sean Michael
Mr. Michael’s is another new author who I will be sure to read more from. I am actually not really a fan of size queen books, but I thought that he did a really good job at writing a story that was still enjoyable for someone who is not a real fan of these stories. While I did enjoy this story, it wasn’t one of my favorites in the bundle. I wasn’t really able to connect with these characters as I had been able to in the other books. Even though that was the case, I would still be interested in finding out more from Lucien and Trey.
'Picturing Lysander' by L.M. Somerton
This story was one that kept me on the edge of my seat! I was so into it that I didn’t want it to end in the slightest! I enjoyed the mystery and suspense that was kept up throughout the whole book, it was done to the perfect degree for me personally because it kept things going, yet it didn’t overtake everything that was happening between Lysander and Kyle. Ms. Somerton is another new author for me, and I really hope that there will be more from this couple in the future.
'Rockin' the Alternative' by Mortica Knight
While I’m not really
a fan of rocker type books, I did end up enjoying this one quite a bit. I thought that Ms. Knight did a great job at
keeping the story going, and keeping my interest peeked during it as well. I really enjoyed the characters, Aubrey and
Brian, I thought that they played off each other quite well during the course
of the story. The story itself was one
that I did enjoy, and I really do hope that we get to see more from them in the
future!
