**This
book contains M/M romance**
Waking
up in your partners body could freak someone out, but not Jayk. He took it all in stride, even going so far
as leaving for work without letting Amon know that they have switched
bodies. Thinking that his life was
stressful, and that Amon was spending too much time at work just playing
around, Jayk doesn’t see a problem in going to work for him. Let’s just hope that Jayk doesn’t upset Amon’s
work life too much.
Amon
awoke realizing that he was in Jayk’s body, but he figured it Jayk wasn’t going
to say anything, than neither would he.
He certainly didn’t expect to awake from his nap and realize that Jayk
had gone to work… as Amon. Amon does
think that Jayk is a bit of a brat when it comes to his school work, so
attending classes as Jayk shouldn’t be that hard, or is it?
Will
what started out as a freak miracle help to bring Amon and Jayk closer? Will this help them both to realize that
their lives are completely different, yet just as stressful? Or better yet, will they be able to figure
out how to switch back, or will they forever be in each other’s bodies?
I had a friend recommend this author
to me, and this is the first book of hers that I have read. I can say with completely certainty that I
will be reading more of her books in the future. JA’s writing ability shows the depth that she
puts into her books.
One scene that I really did enjoy reading, it
showed how she put a lot of thought into it, is after Amon realizes that he has
to be Jayk for the day. Amon doesn’t
know how to ride a bike, but instead of just writing it as he jumps on and
learns right away, she has him fall down.
Being able to write such details into her story, it shows that she
thought of even the small things. She
was able to make each of their journey’s challenging in separate ways.
I
also enjoyed the flashback scenes that she had put in. So it wasn’t as though you were dropped into
the middle of a story without any clue how they met. She showed how they had met, and how their
relationship ended up at the point it is at now.
All
in all I really did enjoy her writing, and I can’t wait to read more from her!
