I had previously purchased the first two of the these books while they were on sale and also have a couple of the later ones in the series that I must have picked up on the free days. I hadn't gotten around to reading them so when I found the first three in the boxed set on Net Galley I was pretty excited to schedule time for them. I am not going to go into much detail in them as they are summed up well in their synopsis and are all pretty short. I will however give you the reading order of the first seven at the end of this review. (I was able to find all six in a box set and get the reading order!) which is exciting as I would love to read them all.

I really enjoy Susan's style of writing. It is fun and lighthearted. I noted
so many places that had me giggling out loud or snickering to myself. They are
all about a group of friends who are hitting the thirty mark and either leaving
relationships and getting back into the dating world or finding their matches.
They are cute, short, have happy endings. Very easy and quick reads and I
enjoyed them immensely. I love that I am getting to read about ladies in a more
mature age group finding love. While I love my New Adult books, I am much
further along than that age group and can probably relate a lot better to the
ladies in these books. It didn't hurt that the first book, Love at First Date,
involved an adorable puppy going to obedience class. Me being an animal lover,
it definitely pulled the heart strings and added some relatablility factor to
it. And while the books do end in HEA's, the women are far from optimistic in
their futures with dating.
"That my nightly routine of watching
reality TV with my new boyfriend, Cookie Dough Ice Cream, had finally caught up
with me. He may be high in calories, but at least he doesn't have a fear of
commitment."
Susan has the first six in a box set on Amazon so if you are interested in
reading them, I would definitely go that route. While all the books are about
characters that are intertwined with the series, I do believe they could all be
read as stand-alones. The first three that I read certainly could. I look
forward to continuing this series and I highly recommend it for anyone looking
for a fun, funny, fast, quick read! I will be adding her other books (not sure
if they are part of series or not, I need to do some more research) to my wish

the Date A Twist of Date License to Date Driven to Date is book #7 according to
Amazon There is another book on her author page, An Unexpected Date, however I
do not know for sure if it is part of this series or not.
