Almost Bad Boys Tour Stop!

Almost Bad Boys Banner     Almost Matched Cover
Would you take another shot at love? Or just settle on a friend with benefits?
THEIR HEARTBREAKING PAST WILL MOVE YOU. THEIR PASSION WILL MAKE YOU BLUSH. THEIR ANTICS WILL MAKE YOU LAUGH OUT LOUD.
Twenty-five-year-old Natalie Davenport lugs substantial baggage. One boyfriend after the next has been a total disaster, leaving Natalie distrustful toward the male population in general. So when Colin Hampton crosses her path, she’s cautious. Her heart (and some other body parts!) nudges her to go for it, while her head wants her to run for the hills.
Colin is one of those gorgeous guys who attract women, no matter the age or marital status. With a successful career at a popular Seattle radio station, hard body, and charming personality, he is the complete package. But something dark lurks in the corners of his soul; some murky experience that has changed him—maybe for the better, but maybe for the worse.
Will he steal her heart and stomp over it like other guys did?
Will she let him into her heavily fortified world despite herself?
Or will they settle somewhere in the middle—establishing the emotional boundaries to protect them from falling in love?
**************************************************************** This contemporary romantic comedy blends humor, sensuality, and angst, with zany characters and witty dialogue.
***Warning: contains sexual situations (some quite vivid!), profanity, and a high dose of sarcasm. Oh, and there is a lot of appletini and beer drinking. May not be appropriate for readers under 18 years old. Not intended for prudes and killjoys with no sense of humor***

I just finished Almost Matched and I really liked it. Colin and Natalie are such a cute couple. There is more than meets the eye between them in this story. They have both been hurt, one has more secrets than the other and this is about them getting to know one another.
This story has a Sex and The City feel to it and that's what I liked most about it. Natalie and her friends are a hoot. This series is going to center around them finding love. Natalie meets Colin in the most embarrassing way but it sure was a stopper. It will have you cracking up.
Natalie is sweet and has had some bad past relationships and is hesitant. I honestly do not blame her. Colin is sexy and has some bad things happen in his life and I don't blame him for being hesitant either.  This again is about taking a chance on love and accepting the good and the bad in a relationship. The chemistry between them is hot. You will be fanning yourself that's for sure.
I loved the secondary characters. Ali, Caroline, and Jane are sexy and have their own faults and issues in their life that in the upcoming books will be addressed and I cannot wait to see what happens.
I liked the story line and I thought that at times it flowed really well. I did wish that we had Colin's point of view so we knew what he was thinking.
The only thing I disliked about the story was that I felt it was rushed at times but I can see a few things being answered in the next coming books.
If you are looking for a series that will grab you from the very beginning and that won't let you go then this one is for you. I really enjoyed it.

When a delusional psychopath threatens Colin’s life, things quickly become complicated. Natalie’s stubborn character and desire to kick ass won’t let her step aside and allow the authorities to handle the danger. She gets herself tangled up with street hoodlums, befriends a Russian mobster’s high-maintenance girlfriend, and becomes expert at picking locks and hiding evidence. ******************************************************** This contemporary romantic comedy/mystery blends humor and sensuality with enough thriller elements to make you clutch the pages with terror. The offbeat characters and witty dialogue from Almost Matched are here to stay.

***Almost Broken Up is the second installment in the Almost Bad Boys series, and it comes after book one, Almost Matched. The books in this series should be read in order. They are not stand-alone books***

I just finished Almost Broken and I really liked it. If you have been following the series then you know that Almost Matched is the first one and its about Colin and Natalie.  They have both experienced heartbreak and are trying to let things go when the unimaginable thing happens.  You find out Colin's secret about Faith.  This story picks up right after that and you see how they both are dealing with this revelation.  This is at a point causing Natalie to doubt Colin's love and Colin keeps re-assuring her.  Why does Natalie keep doubting herself?  How does Colin convince her of his love?  You will have to read and see.
I really enjoyed this story more this go around.  Only because we were out of the who is what stage and was about to go forward with the story.  Colin and Natalie are a perfect fit and the chemistry between them is hot and solid but insecurities and doubt start to plague them.  I can see them getting out of this but it is going to take some time and trust.
I loved Natalie and Colin. I loved the secondary characters including the new ones.  Caroline, Ali and Jenna are adorable and hilarious.  Caroline wasn't in this one so cant wait to see more of her.  I really like Svelta.  Russian girlfriend to the mob clearly has made the story for me better.  Their antics had me cracking up.
It was really good and cannot wait to see what happens in the follow up.  Trust me, get this one.  It is seriously a good read.

With the help of Russian mafia goons and Natalie’s girlfriends, they get more than they bargained for. Natalie invites trouble into her life all over again. She could find herself questioned by the police, or worse, her relationship with Colin could become rickety once more.
And so the race begins: with grandma Helga on the loose, Colin turns to the police for help, and Natalie is a stiletto heel tip outside of the law. But being in the wrong has never felt so vindicated. ******************************************************** **Warning: due to sexual situations, nasty language, and a high dose of sarcasm this book may not be appropriate for readers under 18 years old. I just finished Almost Too Far and I really liked it.  This is a series so it cannot be read as a standalone.  Almost Matched is the first one followed by Almost Broken. This is a story about Natalie and Colin's journey into something new and exciting into something familiar and safe.  They have both been through a lot and had to break down their walls and learn to trust again.  The story starts off with Colin and Natalie going to see Colin’s Grandma Helga.  It is her birthday and this will be the first time she meets some of his family.   What is supposed to be a family get together turns into a missing search party.  Helga goes missing, along with Stella her friend.  Her other two friends Melba and Agatha, along with Colin and Natalie search for them and for clues.  Natalie asks for help finding her from her friends.  Will they find Helga?  You will have to read and see.
I really liked the story; I thought that it flowed really well.  It had some funny moments, always did.  Colin was still sexy as ever.  I actually liked him better in this one than the other ones, not sure but he is still sexy all the same.  Natalie is such a sweet girl, always wants to help her friends.  Them two together really just need to trust each other and hopefully in this one they have really decided to do that and not question it.
I really liked the characters in this.  I just wish there was more to it and hope we get some more.  Ali, Jena, Svetlana and Caroline were there.  Helga, Stella, Melba and Agatha were the newbies and just as funny.  I kind of reminded me that Ali, Jena, Caroline; Svetlana would be like Helga and them when they get older.  Not sure if this is what the author was trying to do but that is what I thought of!
You should get this series, it really is good.  They are quick and you will be laughing your butt off with some of the antics that you will read.  It was enjoyable
