The unlikely pair are thrust into a world of fantasy, sexual hunger, and mysterious powers. Join Sorscha as she discovers that she is not quite the no body she thought she was, and after years of trying to get in the Grumpy ole’ bear’s pants—she is going to have to start ‘trying’ to keep him out of hers.

I’ve read a few books by the writing duo of Bonnie Bliss in the past, but this is the first full length book of theirs that I have read. I do have to say that even though Mr/s Bliss are most well-known for their smutty books as opposed to full length stories, I was really impressed with how well written and thought out this book was.

Even though it’s a paranormal shifter book, it has plenty of twists and turns in it that kept me on my toes. I’ll go ahead and get my big complaint over with so I can go on bragging about the book!! My complaint is that in the middle of the book, there were a bunch of characters introduced. While that doesn’t seem like it would normally be an issue, but they all still had important roles in the book which did make it hard to keep track of who is who and what they are.

Now onto what I loved!! I loved the fact that Mr/s used a bear shifter! There isn’t a lot of books out there that have bears as the main characters, so it was a great change to read about one of them. I also loved that the characters from the standalone prequel, Frozen, were brought back into this story so we were able to get caught up with them a bit.

There is a slight cliffhanger at the end of the story. While the questions about Sorscha and Tethur were answered for the most part, you’re left wondering what’s going to happen next!

I will give you a warning though, even though this isn’t a smutty filled book, Mr/s Bliss were still able to bring a level of hotness to this story that will keep you excited and wanting for more of Tethur’s sexiness!
