This series keeps getting better and better with each new book that comes out.  I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would and I think it’s because of the characters involved.  It’s not every day you read a book about a bad guy, and you are left wondering if they are going to stay bad, or will they turn good?
That was completely the case with this story, and as much as I don’t enjoy serials, I love how this one was written because it completely kept me interested and wanting to read more.  My only complaint about this book is that while Kiril is Scottish, it’s like his accent only comes out every once in a blue moon, and I’m not just talking about with certain words.  It just seems to go back and forth a bit and it makes me wonder why that is.
Overall though, I can’t wait to start reading the next book in this serial because I just can’t get enough of Ms. Grant’s dragons!
