Jesse and Isabel fight to stay together, determined to hold on to what they once had. Isabel wonders if a second love can ever be enough to make her forget her first.
Crystal's Review:
When I first started reading this book, with the way that it starts?  Of course I just wanted to read more and find out what exactly was going on during the course of this book.  Christine did an amazing job pulling the reader into the story.

While you start out the journey that Isabel is on, and we get to follow her with almost every step she takes, it was very interesting to see what all she was going through.  What all she had been through already in her life.  And although it was interesting to read about everything, that was also a negative in my eyes.  It felt like there were too much details going on in the story.  We knew almost everything about Isabel and Jesse; there were some parts that seemed like they were more play by play of their day to day lives.

The drama that takes place in this book, there were some parts that I wished I could smack Isabel, there were also parts that I wanted to smack Jesse and Alex as well.  It seemed as though the three of them couldn’t decide what it was that they wanted, and they were just out to hurt each other.  But the drama is what kept this book going, we weren’t left wondering “what happened?” No, we were told everything and the reasons for everything.

All in all, I did enjoy this book and would give it 4 paws from me.  And yes,  I would recommend this book to friends of mine!
