Betrayal, Lies, Loss, Truth, Secrets…
With a new beginning for Olivia and Ash on the horizon, what could possibly stop them from finding happily ever after?
In order to move on, Olivia must face the haunting demons from her past life with Alan, her ex husband. Demands and more betrayals will force her to come to grips with things she couldn’t change and practice forgiveness not only for those in her past, but for herself as well.
Faced with his own hidden secrets, will Ash allow Olivia to stand by him? In the midst of happiness, this blended family will find they will also have to trust in the love and family bonds to get them through what is coming next or they will self-destruct. How long can Ash keep parts of his life hidden from those who love him?
Will Olivia be able to gain the confidence she needs to explore the new life Ash is offering while staying true to herself? Can she let go of the need to know the whole truth and be willing to trust what she’s building with Ash?
Jennifer Theriot has given us the next chapter of Olivia’s journey as she discards the meek, obedient wife role and morphs into the free spirited, determined woman who not only deserves to be loved, but commands respect from those in her life. Can she maintain her courage to seek what she needs to be free from the past, while clinging on to what Ash offered her as a future?

The author has done it again.
We have the next chapters in the story of Olivia and Ash as they have become
engaged and now plan their future. Of course they can’t have an easy ride
to the I do’s; they will have to overcome some hurdles that are placed in their
way by both of their pasts.
Olivia realizes that just walking
away from her former marriage isn’t that simple as people from the past will
demand her attention and she will come face to face with the lies that went on
behind her back. She will also have to face the future of her ex-husband
and be strong enough to not get sucked back into his games and disaster of a
life he has created now.
Ash realizes that Olivia deserves
the truth about his life but he isn’t going to succumb to that need easily.
Things in his past and in his career will be better left in the dark, if only
he can keep Olivia from asking the right questions backing him into a corner
that will force him to tell the truth or lose her.
We watch as Todd and Tommy take
steps into their future with their women and the band. Big adventures for
the band will take them away from the support system they have built with
Olivia and Ash. A big event happens to the band while on the road that
will either bring them together or tear them apart.
Jennifer Theriot gives us another
book of watching Olivia crawl out of her middle aged box that she seemed to
have been placed in and discover herself as more than a wife and mom but as a
woman. She is realizing it is okay to accept her sexual needs and explore
her sensual side in life, not only to Ash but to the world in general.
She is more than what the labels she wears, she is woman and we hear her roar
in this book.
I wasn’t at all sure about having
regifted in the title until I read this book. The author explains that in
life we have to bandage our past wounds, heal the breaks in our heart and find
that strength that is buried in our souls and present our new selves to the
world in hopes that one person will see our beauty and worth and treasure us as
the gift we were meant to be. This is the story of Ash and Olivia, both
have been through the regifting process and both realize the treasure they have
been granted by having each other in their lives.
I highly recommend this series, it
is full of love, redemption and the never say die attitude. It is also
proof that life doesn’t give us one shot at happiness; we just have to be aware
of the doors that provide it and have the courage to step through those
doors. Well done Jennifer.
