Holy craziness batman!! Prophet, I really didn’t think that I could
fall in book love with you anymore, but after reading this story I learned it
is possible!
I really can’t go on about Prophet enough, he is
just an amazing character, and in this book we get to learn more his past, and
what was happening with him now. That man has been through so much in his past
yet he keeps going strong into his future. I really love how Ms. Jakes has
written his character – he is so complicated yet at the same time so easy to
follow along with.
Tom’s character is one that is just as complicated
as Prophet, but he is much more open about his past and what he deals with than
Prophet is. The chemistry between the two of them is just off the charts
amazing, and following along as they still clash is just as much fun as
everything else that happens.
There are plenty of twists and turns that happen
throughout this book that kept me on the edge of my seat! Come the ending of
the book, I didn’t want the story to end, and now I have to wait for the next
book in the series to be released!
I would completely recommend to this book to ANYONE
who enjoys this genre. It is extremely well written, the characters are amazing
and the overall story is just one that will suck you in until your done with
the books.
