admit, these are a dime a dozen these days.
But, I was intrigued by this plot.
A teacher plus a biker equals a hot read!
Kadence is a school teacher.
She’s been done wrong by men in the past, one particular man to be
precise, and is trying hard to move on from that. When she meets Phoenix “Nix” Knight at a
disciplinary meeting for his son Z, Nix is instantly drawn to her. And he’s not used to being told no by any
woman. But Kadence isn’t any woman. She refuses to be drawn to him, but Nix is
working hard to lure her into his web…until he realizes the feelings he’s
having aren’t the norm for him. Can
Kadence trust Nix and let him in, when she’s so afraid of repeating her past
mistakes?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…since MC books are so
popular these days there has to be something about a book to separate itself
from the pack. This book manages to do
just that. It’s funny. It’s not a gritty or violent book, it’s just
a very sexy, funny story that made me laugh and turned me on. Can you ask for better than that?
I really enjoyed the playful nature between the two main
characters. Sure, it’s dirty and Nix is one
nasty, dirty, thrilling alpha, but the interactions and dialogue between the
two was awesome! Overall, I just thought this was a really awesome biker
book. Unusual in its genre but a great
read nonetheless. I cannot wait for the
next book to come out! 4 stars.
What would you do if a guy kept pursuing you and you tried to
keep him at arm’s length because you felt it wouldn't work? There are too many factors that would be
against them if she accepted. But what if even those things were in your mind
but he made you feel alive for the very first time in a long time? What would you do? This is Kadence's problem in
Incandescent. She is hesitant. I don't
blame the girl. However Nix is a very persistent guy and he wants her. Yes they
have their obstacles. He is President to the Knights Rebels MC club and he has a
lot of responsibilities. What we find
out is that even though they are a legit club now he has ties with some bad
people (even if they are very minimal, and he doesn't care for them) that
caused Kadence's accident. She almost
died in a house fire, and that caused a lot of damage to her physically and
emotionally so when I say that there are obstacles I wasn't kidding. It was an
awesome story for me. I love bikers, the dirtier the better and Nix had that a
more. Super sexy. Kadence is a good girl. I felt bad with what
she had to go through but she learned a lot from that experience. It brought her to Nix. I loved them together. They were sexy and the
sexual tension was at an all-time high. It was very sexy to read.

Resting the cold
beer between my legs to soothe the ache, the boys give me shit for striking
out. I feel the same way: the woman is a tough nut to crack.
“You ready for round
two, Prez?” Beau smirks behind his beer. Turning my head, I watch as Kadence
storms over. I groan as my broken dick comes to life, apparently not caught up
with the news that she doesn’t like him. She stands at the end of the table,
arms crossed over her chest, unaware that her position puts her sexy tits up on
display.
Fuck, this woman is
a tease.
“Hey, sweetheart,” I
say before taking a sip of my beer.
“Don’t sweetheart
me. What did you say to my date?” she snaps, anger clear on her face, and I’ve
never seen a more beautiful look on her. Her eyes blaze with fire and the need
to push her more fills me. I can’t wait to have her under me.
“Oh, the stiff?” I
ask nonchalantly. “Just told him to run along; he didn't have what it takes to
play with the big boys,” I say as some of the brothers laugh into their drinks.
I’ve never pushed a
woman this far before; chasing her and teasing her feels so damn good.
Something about her pushes my buttons and leaves me wanting more. Most women
fall at my feet begging to get in, but Kadence? No, this woman makes me want to
do the begging. I’ve never wanted to fuck a woman so hard while spanking her
ass at the same time. The way she reacts to me makes my dick hard and God help
me, getting her riled up is a sight to see. I can see it in her eyes; she’s
fighting it. She wants me and I intend to give the lady what she wants.
“What do you want,
Phoenix?” she demands, uncrossing her arms and assuming a relaxed position, but
I’m not stupid. The woman is crazy mad and I’ve got a throbbing dick to prove
it.
“What do I want?” I
repeat her question, pausing to take another pull on my beer. “Well, after your
little stunt in the bathroom, I wanna pull you down on this table and spank
your ass,” I tell her calmly. Even though my balls are aching, my cock is

“You disgust me,”
she hisses and turns to walk away. I grab onto her hand, turning her my way.
She tries to pull out of my grasp, but my hold on her is strong.
“You don't mean
that. I've seen the way your eyes flash. You would love for me to spank that

floods her cheeks, and for a beat, I think I might have pushed her too
far.
